פיתוח גינות

פיתוח גינה הוא השלב בו מתחילים להוציא מהמוח אל הפועל את תכניות העבודה. עבודות פיתוח גינה הם שלב מקדים לכל עבודות הגינון.
*בבניית מבנה חדש חלק מעבודות אלו מבוצעות לפני או במקביל לבניית המבנה. עבודות חציבה ומילוי, ביצוע יסודות עבור מבנה, קירות תומכים וכדומה.
עבודות  פיתוח גינה מתייחסות לעבודות עפר – פינוי פסולת מהשטח, חפירה/ חציבה /מילוי קרקע ומצעים  לפי גבהים מתוכננים, בניית מסלעות/טרסות / קירות תמך, רחבות, שבילים, מדרגות, בריכה, ובניית פרטי גן נוספים כמו פרגולות, ספסלים בנויים, שערים, גדרות ומעקות וכדומה. 

בניית ספסל אבן

במקביל לעבודות הבינוי ימוקמו שרוולים והכנות נדרשות עבור תשתיות שונות כמו חשמל , מים ,גז ,תקשורת.
בעבודת פיתוח הגינה מעורבים בעלי מקצוע שונים המבצעים עבודות עפר, בנייה, אינסטלציה, חשמל, בנייה בעץ, מסגרות, תקשורת, ריצוף ועוד. על מתכנן הגינה לתאם בין בעלי המקצוע השונים ולבקר את טיב העבודה.

מתכנן הגינה ילווה /יפקח על עבודות פיתוח השטח על מנת לוודא שהעבודות מבוצעות בהתאם לתכניות, במקרים מסוימים יבוצעו שינויים בתכנית המקורית במהלך הביצוע בגלל אילוצים שונים בשטח. המתכנן יאשר ויבצע התאמות לשאר תכניות הגינה.

עם סיום עבודות פיתוח הגינה ניתן לגשת למלאכת הקמת הגינה.
